This page describes what happens to your information when you visit this website (fileumgov.com) or submit the "Request a demo" form. It does not cover the Fileum product itself, which handles government meeting data under its own terms once you become a customer.

What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you give us directly through the "Request a demo" form: your name, work email address, organization, and which persona you selected. We don't use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your demo request and follow up about Fileum. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who sees it

• Your submission is stored in our database (hosted by Supabase).
• A notification of your submission is sent to our team through our email provider (Resend).

These providers process your information only to help us operate this site, not for their own purposes.

Fonts

This site uses the Inter and Source Serif 4 typefaces. The font files are bundled with the site at build time, so your browser never requests them from Google directly.

How long we keep it

We keep your demo request information as long as needed to follow up with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time using the contact information below.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
