Privacy Policy

Last updated August 27, 2026

This page describes what happens to your information when you visit this website (fileumgov.com) or submit the "Request a demo" form. It does not cover the Fileum product itself, which handles government meeting data under its own terms once you become a customer.

What we collect

What you give us directly through the "Request a demo" form: your name, work email address, organization, and which persona you selected. We also use Google Analytics to see how visitors use this site; see the Analytics section below for what that involves.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your demo request and follow up about Fileum. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who sees it

• Your submission is stored in our database (hosted by Supabase).
• A notification of your submission is sent to our team through our email provider (Resend).

These providers process your information only to help us operate this site, not for their own purposes.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it: pages viewed, general location, and device type. Google Analytics sets cookies and may collect your IP address to do this. We don't use it to identify you personally, and it's separate from anything you submit through our forms. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors interact with this site through heatmaps and session recordings. Anything you type into a form field is masked before it ever reaches Clarity, we never see the actual text you entered. You can read Microsoft's own privacy terms for Clarity here.

Fonts

This site uses the Inter and Source Serif 4 typefaces. The font files are bundled with the site at build time, so your browser never requests them from Google directly.

How long we keep it

We keep your demo request information as long as needed to follow up with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time using the contact information below.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
